So I just realized that because I started writing my last post on Wednesday but when I finished it and actually posted it on Thursday, it posted from Wednesday. Weird, but now I know haha.
So AJ came out on Thursday afternoon because he was done with work for the summer after (he works at a school) Wednesday and of course he wanted to hang out with because I'm awesome (or more likely because he wanted to fit as much sex into the weekend as possible as I will be gone next weekend for my little brother's college graduation so he won't be getting any). So on Friday after I got back from work in the morning, I got him to actually work out with me, well, sort of. When I say he worked out with me, I mean I did the full workout and then he sort of did the second half with me as I instructed him through. Apparently I am a good motivator because he was definitely sore the next day. Speaking of sore, my ass is still burning a bit from Friday, though I am still planning on getting on it later today. So at the pace I've been going, I am on track to kick the May 30 Day Challenge to the curb after either today (if I'm feeling awesome) or tomorrow so I'll be getting back to update later today (probably). I hope I finish it today, because I am going to hate my life this week since I will be enjoying 10-11 hour work days this week. Awesome. So that said, I will definitely be attempting to get some workouts in either before or more likely after work but I am not making any promises.
Friday's Burn was another day of couplets, which I actually really enjoy but they kick my ass. So this time there were 5 sets of couplets, you do each one twice through at 50/10 intervals then move on to the Sculpt, which was also very intense. Sculpt was 25 reps each of 3 sets of exercises, each done on the right and left side and followed by 15 reps each of a set of 7 exercises.

I also did 25 Bicycles and 25 Reverse Crunches (I did them with AJ because I wanted to make him do a little something else. I finished with a full Sun Salute and some stretching (AJ just watched me do that). It was a fun day. Now I am off to go do some shopping and then see Snow White & the Huntsman (which I am stoked about). Speaking of movies though, yesterday AJ and I saw Avengers (finally, I have been begging for quite some time) and it was 100% EPIC, though I really gotta say, Robin from How I Met Your Mother was most definitely the worst part of the movie.
