Habit is what keeps you going...

Hello again, I haven't been posting since the boys got out of school and I went full time at work. I haven't fallen off the "Get Fit" wagon, I have just slowed it down a bit because I don't want to overwork myself. I'm still Bodyrocking as much as I can (3 or 4 times a week) but I'm not doing it every day anymore. I think if I get the time and money, I'd really like to start taking yoga and pilates classes and maybe work up into being some kind of trainer, I think that would really make me happy.
